This is the place if you need to connect with a Hover Customer Advisor or other Hover Customers to get help with your Account.   To submit comments, topics and requests you must first be logged in.  You'll find the login link up at the top right, just make sure you've verified the email contact on your Hover account first.

You can use the Customer Service World HQ in one of three ways:

  1. Customer Forums 

    Engage other customers and our Customer Advisers in the forums on a whole range of topics.  Feel free to post comments and get to know Hover that much better.
  2. Create a New Request

    This will create your very own ticket for any questions, problems, feature requests or anything else you need help with.  The ticket will be personally tasked to a Customer Adviser focused on helping you out.
  3. Check your Existing Requests

  4. While working with a Customer Adviser on your ticket you'll be emailed notifications letting you know that the ticket has been updated.  You can also check and update the tickets directly online.  If everything is taken care of you can even set the ticket to solved status.
